SKID MOUNTED DESIGNS
The Oxygen, Nitrogen plants are skid mounted design and
all the equipments and machineries like after Air Filter,
Air Compressor, Purger, Oil Absorber, Freon Unit, M S
Battery, Air Separation Column (Cold Box, Expansion
Engine, Liquid Oxygen Pump, Dust Filter, Defrosting
Heater, Filling Manifold for Filling Oxygen Gas, Purity
Apparatus, Gas/Air Lines, set Water Lines (On Skid Only),
Water Pump, Cooling Tower, Electrical Panel, After Cooler
with Tank, Nitrogen Cooler (Cascade Bubbler) are mounted
on single skid ready for installation included in the
price. |
Not providing skid mounting but all equipments separately
which delays installation and increases cost. |

AIR SEPARATION UNIT (COLUMN)
Manufactured out of cryogenic grade stainless steel with
argon welding which is leak-proof. |
Made of old type design of copper with gas welding subject
to leak. |

LIQUID OXYGEN PUMP
Oil-free design with special stainless steel head. |
Risk of oil carry-over in old design. |

MOLECULAR SIEVE BATTERY
Special over-size design with L/D ratio to prevent
fluidization and long life with molecular sieves of
Zeochem, Switzerland. |
Old design with Chinese or local Molecular Sieves

PURITY
High purity of Oxygen and Nitrogen is maintained
continuously due to special cross flow trays of Boschi
Italy. The trays are made of stainless steel of high
precession and argon welded. |
Made of Copper with soldering and old circular design.
Therefore purity of Oxygen is not continuous. |

PROCESSED SKID
All equipments are mounted on processed skid complete with
gas/air/water lines for high purification of air. |
No other manufacturer is providing processed skid. |

GAS/AIR LINES
All the gas and air lines are pre-fabricated on the
processed skid ready to use. |
Provide loose length of pipes and all the piping has to be
done on site. |

Provided between all equipments specially in the air
separation unit for easy accessibility. |
Providing fully welded air separation units where no
flanged joints are provided between the lower condenser
and upper column as are like disposable types of plants. |
